Current benchmark government bond is TRT250112T14 with maturity of 25.01.2012.

    The Notes will bear interest rate of benchmark yield+2.75% on annual basis. The interest rate will be calculated on each following interest payment date based on the ten-day arithmetic average of the daily weighted average compound rate of the benchmark yield.

    The benchmark yield will be used as a base with the following formula to calculate semi-annual interest rate for 182 days.

    Benchmark interest rate for 182 days= ((10 day Arithmetic average of the daily weighted average compound rate of the benchmark yield +1)^(182/365)))-1

    Half of annual spread of 2.75% will be added to the benchmark interest rate for 182 days as calculated above to set coupon rate.

    Annual compound interest rate of the bond is the compounded coupon rate for 182 days as calculated below.

    Annual compound interest rate = ((Coupon rate +1)^(365/182))-1

  14. What is the interest rate of Lider Faktoring bonds in the first coupon payment period of 182 days?

    The gross coupon rate for the first coupon period is 5,7013%. This coupon rate corresponds to compounded annual rate of %11,7616%.
